Kutosi Demas Lukoye

Kutosi Demas Lukoye is a research associate at the Centre for Economic Policy and Development Impact Evaluation (CEPDIME). He is an experienced economist with expertise Economics, Finance, Research, Planning and Statistics. He has a proven track record in analysing economic trends, public financial management, and design, monitoring and evaluation of development programs to improve livelihoods. He is skilled in data collection and analysis, field survey management, baseline assessment, applied economic policy analysis and development, project management, team leadership and stakeholder engagement and passionate about leveraging economic expertise to drive sustainable growth, reduce inequality and improve livelihoods.

Demas holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from Makerere University and a Master of Master of Arts in Economics from Kyambogo University. His research interest are in Labor Economics, development Economics, applied Microeconomics, Financial Inclusion and development, education and human Capital development, youth employment and agricultural and rural development economics.
